Volunteer at the Decatur Book Festival!

Taking place over Labor Day Weekend (Sept 3-4), the Decatur Book Festival is the largest independent book festival in the United States and takes over downtown Decatur for the weekend with all kinds of literary love. It is an exuberant celebration of reading and the written word and volunteering is a great way to get involved, make friends and be part of the Decatur community. There are all kinds of volunteer opportunities, from helping with set up or breakdown, to helping out at speaker venues or author signings, to helping out in the book market. Being a DBF volunteer also gets you a swanky volunteer tee-shirt and high-fives!
