Water Main Leak in Avondale Leaves Homes Without Water
The city said it would take 4-8 hours to restore water to some homes.
AVONDALE ESTATES, GA -- The City of Avondale Estates was reporting a water main leak Thursday that was causing water outages at some nearby homes.
The leak was at Dartmouth Avenue and Sussex Road.
City officials said some homes near the lake were experiencing water outages Thursday afternoon.

DeKalb County Watershed Management was on site Thursday afternoon fixing the leak, but city officials said it may be 4-8 hours before water was restored to some impacted homes.
