DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Five Douglas County high schools will march to the beats of their own drums at an upcoming band exhibition, according to the local school district.
The DCSS Marching Band Exhibition will be hosted at 6:30 p.m., Sept. 28, at Alexander High School's Cougar Field, located at 6500 Alexander Pkwy. in Douglasville.
School officials say all five of Douglas County's high school marching bands will hit the field. They include the Lithia Springs High School Lions.
"Come out and support our talented student musicians as they showcase their hard work, dedication and school spirit," the school wrote in a Sept. 4 Facebook post.
Tickets are now on sale via GoFan. General admission costs $6.
Free admission will be granted to middle school band students who wear their band T-shirt.
