• Dunwoody OKs clearing office site for 122 townhomes (appenmedia.com) — Dunwoody City Council has approved rezoning an office site at Ashwood Parkway and Ashford Dunwoody Road for up to 122 townhomes, adding conditions for native landscaping and wildlife relocation. Council also passed a major midyear budget amendment funding City Hall and Nature Center renovations, and delayed votes on new citywide artificial intelligence and technology policies that could shape how staff use emerging tools.
