• Pet of the week: It's easy to fall in love with Narafelle (appenmedia.com) — If you're looking to add a pet to your Dunwoody-area household, DeKalb County Animal Services on Chamblee Dunwoody Road is highlighting Narafelle, a gentle, low-key 5-year-old dog ready for adoption. The shelter offers spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchipping with every adoption, and also welcomes foster families or volunteers for its Dog for the Day program.
• Soccer's Four-Match Win Streak Snapped, Falls to Miami (emueagles.com) — Dunwoody's own Ella Holland helped anchor Eastern Michigan University's defense, making three saves and playing all 90 minutes in a 3–1 loss to Miami that snapped the team's nine-game unbeaten streak. The standout goalkeeper, a Dunwoody High alum, now ranks third in program history with 22 career shutouts and continues to be a key presence in net.
