
For the second Friday in a row, a Dunwoody bank was robbed at gunpoint.
Dunwoody Police say a bank robber walked into Regions Bank at 1457 Mt. Vernon Road around 10:15 a.m., and demanded money with a dark colored semi-automatic handgun.
He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot.

The robber was described as a black male, between 5'6" and 5'7" tall, wearing a read baseball cap with a yellow stripe across the front, a long sleeve gray button-up shirt, blue jean capri shorts with a designer patch on the left leg, Dunwoody Police said.
He was carrying a blue bag on his shoulder.

It was the second bank robbed in Dunwody in eight days. by two bank robbers who fired shots into the ceiling and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
