AT&T ANNOUNCES NEW AUTHORIZED DEALER LOCATION IN DUNWOODY
The Dunwoody store provides mobile lifestyle options in new convenient location
AT&T on Saturday, Jan. 17 will officially open its newest authorized dealer store in Dunwoody.
The new authorized dealer store (located at 2480 Mt. Vernon Rd., Atlanta GA 30338) was created to meet the growing needs of its customers in the Dunwoody area. The store, owned and operated by Prime Communications, provides customers with options for the latest devices, accessories, and services from AT&T.
“Our goal is to become America’s premier retailer by providing an exceptional experience in every interaction and that begins with having stores conveniently located for our customers,” said Chandra Tutt, AT&T director of sales for Georgia and South Carolina. “As a resident of this area, I can personally attest that this new store will be a welcome addition. And AT&T customers looking for the latest wireless applications and services, smartphones, tablets and accessories to mirror their mobile lifestyles now have another great location to find the right solution to best fit their needs.”
From 2008 to 2013, AT&T invested more than $140 billion into its wireless and wireline networks, when you combine capital investment and acquisitions of spectrum and wireless operations. Since 2008, AT&T has invested more capital into the U.S. economy than any other public company. In a September 2014 report, the Progressive Policy Institute ranked AT&T No. 1 on its list of U.S. “Investment Heroes.”

AT&T has 73 company owned stores in Georgia and also sells its products and services in authorized dealer locations and select national retail stores. AT&T’s current retail expansion comes amid the company’s Project Velocity IP (VIP), a three-year investment plan announced fall 2012 to expand and enhance its IP broadband networks. Through this investment, AT&T is supporting its customers’ growing desire for high-speed Internet access and new mobile, app and cloud-based services. As part of Project VIP, AT&T is deploying small cell technology, macro cells and additional DAS, which will increase the density of our wireless network. The wireless network densification will further improve network quality and increase spectrum efficiency.
