Event Details
You and your family pet are invited to our annual Blessing of the Animals, sponsored by St. Barnabas Anglican Church. We will be at Brook Run Park at the pavilion near the playground at the northeast corner. St. Barnabas's rector, Father D. Trout will bless the pets with a prayer for their health. The pavilion is located across the street from St. Barnabas Anglican Church. You are welcome to park there and walk over. There will also be treats!
The Blessing of the Animals is an annual event in observance of St. Francis of Assisi who saw all God's creatures as worth of care and stewardship.
