Carter Hires Frank Crittenden as Vice President

Carter, one of the country’s leading real estate investment, development and advisory firms, has announced the addition of Frank Crittenden as a vice president. His initial assignment will be to lead Carter’s team in managing the public component of work being completed at City Springs, a master planned, walkable community located just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs.
