Dikembe Mutombo Visits Dunwoody High School During International Week

Former NBA All-Star center Dikembe Mutombo visited Friday morning to speak with students and show off some basketball skills in celebration of International Week. 

French professor Sara Cashin, and her French III class, in conjunction with the French Club, planned and organized The Dikembe Mutombo Project. The project is a fundraising venture that raises money to contribute to The Dikembe Mutombo Foundation.

Friday's event is the third installment of fundraisers Cashin and her class has held this year. They look to produce one more fundraising event before the conclusion of the school year. All funds raised will be donated to The Dikembe Mutombo Foundation.
