Door-to-Door Solicitor Selling Expired Coupons: Police

Dunwoody Police are warning residents about a person going door to door selling expired coupon books.

The department received a call this week from a resident who bought the coupons and soon after realized they were expired, according to the department’s Facebook page.

Soliciting without a permit is illegal in Dunwoody.

If the salesperson cannot show residents a valid permit, police urge you to call 911. Be sure to get a good description of the solicitor and note the direction of travel.
