Dunwoody Bank Robbed; Police Seek Suspect

The suspect presented a note to the teller which implied that he was armed and demanded cash, police said.

Dunwoody police are looking for the public’s help to identify a man they say robbed a bank on Perimeter Center West on Thursday afternoon.

According to police, the suspect walked into the Suntrust at 121 Perimeter Center West at 2:39 p.m. and presented a teller with a note implying he was armed and demanding cash. The suspect escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

Police say the suspect is a 23-24-year-old black male who stands 5’7” or 5’8” tall and weighs about 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue sweat pants, a dark jacket, a brown fur-lined cap, and gloves.
