Dunwoody Police seeking suspect in two burglaries

Suspect was reported near the break-ins

Dunwoody Police are looking for a suspect that could be connected to two burglaries reported Tuesday night that were about a half mile apart in south Dunwoody.

Someone entered a residence on the 1500 block of Kings Down Circle. The incident was reported at 10:37 p.m. Tuesday night.

The victim was a 40-year-old homeowner. Police were unable to determine how the burglar entered the house.

A 62-year-old man reported a break-in at 10:50 p.m. at a residence in the 4500 block of Devonshire Road, several blocks from the incident on Kings Down Circle.

In this case, the victim reported that five blank checks were stolen, along with two passports and an Israeli coin.

Police are looking for a white male, from 20 to 26 years old, and 150 to 160 pounds. He was seen in the area wearing a red shirt and was described as having a lip piercing.
