Dunwoody Prep Murder Suspect's Arraignment Set for April 4

Hemy Neuman will be arraigned in DeKalb County Superior Court

Hemy Neuman, the East Cobb man accused of gunning down a Dunwoody father outside of a Dunwoody day care last November, will be arraigned on murder charges on April 4.

Neuman is accused of shooting Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman outside of Dunwoody Prep on Nov. 18. Just seconds after Sneiderman dropped off his 2-year-old son at the daycare.

He was arrested in January and is being held without bond in DeKalb County Jail.

The DeKalb County District Attorney's Office said the arraignment will be held on April 4 at 9 a.m.
