Dunwoody Murder Suspect's Hearing Cancelled
No further hearing date set, but DA will make statement at courthouse
The preliminary hearing for Hemy Neuman, the East Cobb man accussed of shooting and killing Russell 'Rusty' Sneiderman outside of a Dunwoody daycare on Nov. 18, has been cancelled.
The hearing had been set for Tuesday, but has been cancelled according to the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office.
District Attorney Robert James will be making a statement at 10:30 a.m. regarding the case.
