Preschool Shooting Evidence: Fake Beard, Travel Receipts and Neighbor

A subpoena for Victoria’s Secret, witness testimony about a silver van being spotted in front of the Sneiderman home on Nov. 18, and a fake beard in a bag are among the pieces of evidence newly filed by the DeKalb County Attorney’s Office in the case against Hemy Neuman, the man accused of gunning down a Dunwoody father outside of a pre-school.

It is the newest round of evidence added to the criminal case against Neuman, 48, of East Cobb, who is facing murder and gun charges in the shooting death of Russell ‘Rusty’ Sneiderman, who was shot at close range on the morning of Nov. 18, just after dropping his 2-year-old son off at Dunwoody Prep, a pre-school and nursery in Dunwoody Village.

The evidence added to the discovery gives some corroboration to the allegations leveled against Neuman in his separation case, . In that case, Neuman’s estranged wife accused him of having an extramarital affair with Andrea Sneiderman, the wife of Rusty Sneiderman.

There were together to Colorado and South Carolina.

Among the pieces of evidence listed in the new filing are:

• witness statements from several people in Longmont, Colo.

• a Frontier Airlines reservation for Colorado for Mr. Neuman for July 21 to Colorado

• a handwritten note from the Hampton Inn “RE: Flowers/Chocolates”

• reservation information for Mr. Neuman at the Holiday Inn in Longmont, Colo. for July 15-16.

• a hotel reservation for Andrea Sneiderman at the Hampton Inn in Longmont from July 18-23.

• a subpoena for the Waverly hotel for July 26.

• A hotel reservation from Embassy Suites, in Greenville, S.C. for Neuman from Aug. 26-27

• a receipt for Andrea Sneiderman for Embassy Suites in Greenville, S.C. from Aug. 26-27

• emails from a waitress in Greenville, S.C.

The newest round of evidence includes also includes statements from seven witnesses in Longmont, Colo.

A neighbor of the Sneiderman home who said he saw a silver van around Andrea Sneiderman’s home on Nov. 18.

Also included in the new evidence is an email sent by Rusty Sneiderman’s father, Don, regarding a phone call with Andrea Sneiderman at 9 a.m. the morning of Nov. 18.

Among the other items listed are:

• a subpoena for Gunlistings.org, a gun sales site, from April 6, 2011.

• an email with the subject “A Personal Note” sent by Neuman to kids.

• A Norcostco beard (fake) in a bag

• Victoria’s Secret subpoena

• a receipt from Social Vinings, a Vinings restaurant, from the night of Nov. 17.

• several warrant affidavits and returns for email addresses, including Andrea Sneiderman.

• A memo from General Electric counsel regarding Andrea Sneiderman’s receipts and surveillance.

• travel expenses for Andrea Sneiderman to Minden, Nevada

• visitors badge log for G.E. on Nov. 18

• receipts for Andrea Sneiderman.
