Dunwoody Prep Shooting: Widow Hopes for Conviction of Neuman
Reports from Thursday separation hearing from AJC: Andrea Sneiderman's attorney says she wants Hemy Neuman to be convicted

Thursday morning, a hearing was held in the separation case between Hemy Neuman, the man acussed of killing a Dunwoody father outside of a daycare, and his estranged wife, Ariella Neuman, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
The AJC reports that during the hearing at Fulton County Court, the attorney for Andrea Sneiderman said his client wants to see Mr. Neuman held responsible for murdering her husband, Russell 'Rusty' Sneiderman.
"No one on this earth wants [Neuman] convicted more than my client," said attorney Seth Kirschenbaum, according to the AJC story.

Ariella Neuman is seeking a separation from Mr. Neuman, and has .
The two were coworkers at General Electric. Documents say that Mr. Neuman helped find Mrs. Sneiderman a job with the company and became her direct supervisor when she was hired.
Court papers filed in the case by Mrs. Neuman's attorney, Esther Panitch, allege that shortly after Mr. Neuman and Mrs. Sneiderman began working together, they started an affair. The documents also say that the state has evidence of an affair in the criminal case against Mr. Neuman.
The filing also alleges that Mr. Neuman took several trips with Mrs. Sneiderman in 2010, including two to Colorado, one to South Carolina and one to England. It also says he left Mrs. Neuman in October, moving out of the family home.
