Elderly Woman's Caretaker Charged in Sexual Abuse
A resident of the Emeritus at Dunwoody Senior Care Facility was sexually assaulted.
A Duluth man has been charged with sexually assaulting an elderly woman who lives at the Emeritus at Dunwoody Senior Care Facility.
Wendel Martin Davis, 48, of Duluth was arrested on Oct. 6 for the sexual assault of a 73-year old woman who lives at the facility on South Johnson Ferry Road, according to Sandy Springs Police.
Davis was hired as a caregiver for the victim, authorities say.
