New Peachtree Charter Middle School 7th and 8th grade parents* and students may register for the 2012-2013 school year. Forms will be completed and the following documents must also be submitted:
- Two different types of proof of residency (current mortgage deed or lease, June or July gas or electric bill, NO phone or cable bills). Please bring 2 photocopies of each document that will be kept by the school.
- Current immunization form that shows proof of two MMR, two Varicella, and three Hepatitis B vaccines; one photo copy required.
During the event, planners, spirit wear and PE uniforms will be available for purchase.

*Though parents and students are welcome to register at any time during the day, 7th grade parents are encouraged to register in the morning (7:30am - 10:30am), while 8th grade parents are encouraged to register in the afternoon (11:00am - 2:00pm).
