A fun and challenging aqua workout to tone your body by using the water for resistance training. You'll feel weightless and water workouts help reduce swelling.

Bring a bottle of water and aqua socks or shoes (optional).

*You will also need to bring a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate - download form from the website.
