Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga

A combo prenatal exercise class that starts with 20 minutes of aerobic and cardio work followed by 20 minutes of strength training for arms, legs and abs and finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool down.

Bring a yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water and wear tennis shoes as majority of class is cardio and strength training.

*You will need a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate in class - download from the website.

If the session is underway you can register for the remaing classes at a pro-rated price or pay for a single class.
