Parents need to provide a current proof of residency (gas, water , electric bill or signed lease agreement), parent identification and the child's original certified birth certificate or passport to participate in the lottery. Parents must register at their home school. Children MUST turn 4 years old on or before September 1, 2012 to be eligible for the program. Children turning 5 years old on or before September 1 are eligible for Kindergarten.
