The Panelists

Jason Jones (pictured) is Principal of Cresa Mission Critical Solutions, a 15-year-old tenant-only real estate firm focused on data center space acquisition and IT infrastructure services for colocation, cloud and connectivity. Jason is a published book author and served as co-author on the subject of the hidden costs of OPEX.

Tim Huffman, SVP Director of Data Center Solutions for CBRE, is a real estate advisor on outsourced cloud and IT solutions as well as a published author and Grammy-nominated recording artist. CBRE is ranked 259 among the Fortune 500, serving as one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firms.

Leigh Martin, Managing Director, Tenant Representation for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), has received numerous awards for his expertise as a real estate solutions provider on behalf of Atlanta’s leading enterprise organizations. JLL is a worldwide real estate firm based in Chicago, Illinois and employs 70,000 people in 80 countries.
