Fifth Annual TAG Infrastructure Data Center Summit State of the Industry featuring CRESA, CBRE and JLL on May 24

Experts say Atlanta is one of the top real estate markets for data centers due to its low utility costs and favorable business climate.

The Atlanta metropolitan area ranks among the top U.S. markets for wholesale and corporate data center growth due to its interconnected downtown core, low utility costs and favorable business climate, experts say. At the same time, today’s CIO must balance cost, complexity, speed of deployment and ongoing technical expertise when determining whether a data center solution meets enterprise needs for security, storage, redundancy, and support of mission-critical applications.

Deployment of onsite and cloud-based network infrastructure solutions has resulted in steady growth in the Atlanta data center market. While cloud service providers vie for available space in downtown Atlanta’s data center and colocation facilities to meet growing demand, more and more enterprise customers are choosing company-owned data centers, public and hybrid cloud solutions to support IT workloads and infrastructure needs.

How does Atlanta stack up with other data center markets, and what will it take for Atlanta to become the number one Data Center destination? Find out by attending The Fifth Annual TAG Infrastructure Data Center Summit State of the Industry on May 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Metropolitan Club in Alpharetta, where three of Atlanta’s most renowned data center solution authorities provide market insights on Atlanta’s growing position within the data center real estate market.
