GDOL to help TopTel USA recruit in Dunwoody

ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will assist TopTel USA Customer Contact Centers with a recruiting event Saturday, June 7, in Dunwoody. The event will be held from 1-5 p.m. at 4470 N. Shallowford Road.

The company is currently looking for applicants for the position of contact center agent.  When fully operational, the company plans to staff up to 200 employees.

Applicants for the contact center agent position should have a high school diploma or GED, be computer savvy, be able to multi-task, and articulate with a high sales aptitude. Actual sales experience, some college education and telecom experience is preferred.

Those attending the hiring event should dress appropriately, bring at least two copies of their résumé and be prepared to complete a company application. Some applicants may be chosen to interview on site.
