Input Sought on Georgetown Gateway Project

An open house set for Dec. 11 will answer residents' questions on the project and collect ideas.

The city of Dunwoody is hosting a public information open house for the Georgetown Gateway Project on Thursday, Dec. 11.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. at 5 Dunwoody Park South and ends at 8 p.m. The open house format allows attendees to drop-in at any time from 5-8 p.m. to learn more about the project, get questions answered and provide feedback on project concepts.

Residents are urged to share ideas and learn how to improve traffic flow and create a more welcoming environment for all users.

The intent of this project is to upgrade Chamblee Dunwoody Road from I-285 to North Shallowford Road to improve the visual appeal, safety, walkability, and traffic flow of the corridor.
