Man arrested for endangering child
Four-year-old was left alone in an apartment complex
A 29-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for neglecting his four-year-old child, after the little girl was found wandering alone in an apartment complex, according to Dunwoody Police.
Jeremy Paul Ellerbee, of 4653 Peachtree Place Parkway, was arrested and charged in connection with 2nd degree cruelty to children, a felony charge, said Sgt. Mike Carlson, a Dunwoody police spokesman.
Ellerbee apparently had left the child alone while he went to a convenience store. The four-year-old was found walking around unattended. Another resident of the apartment complex found the child and called police, police said. Police reported the incident at 4:30 p.m.
