New General Manager for Perimeter Mall Named
Bill Baker brings more than 25 years of shopping center management experience to the mall in Dunwoody.

General Growth Properties today announced Bill Baker as the new general manager of Perimeter Mall. Baker is a veteran in the retail industry and has more than 25 years of shopping center management experience.
Baker joined General Growth Properties in 2007 as the general manager of The Shoppes at River Crossing in Macon, GA while the center was still under construction. The center opened in 2008 and as a result of Baker’s acute attention to detail and high operational standards, has established itself as a premier shopping destination for all of Central Georgia.

Prior to Baker’s positions at General Growth Properties he served as regional vice president for Colonial Properties Trust at the Macon Mall in Macon, GA.
“I am excited to take on the general manager position at Perimeter Mall, one of Atlanta’s premiere shopping destinations,” said Baker. “With phase one of our renovation underway and new retailers slated to open this spring, 2015 is going to be an extremely positive year for the center.”

As general manager, Baker will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center as well as tenant and community relations.
In addition to Baker, General Growth Properties also hired Latesha Lynch as the new marketing manager of Cumberland Mall, Perimeter Mall, North Point Mall and The Shoppes at River Crossing in Macon, GA.
Lynch has more than 10 years of marketing experience in a variety of industries including hospitality, information security, telecommunications and healthcare. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and is a graduate of American InterContinental University.
Lynch will be responsible for managing the promotion of the Georgia centers, including special events, community partnerships and advertising.
