We had a seafood feast last night consisting of Salmon a la Orange, with a side of fresh Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, and a salad of tomato and avocado, and of course, we had a good bottle of Chardonnay. The Chardonnay was the 2015 Coppola Diamond Label, and it made our dinner delightful.
The Coppola is from Monterrey, and opens with a nose bursting with fruit. The flavor is apple and melon with a hint of peach and a bit of vanilla, with toasty oak and a buttery finish. The wine is clean and crisp, and begs for another sip! The alcohol content is 13.5% and Norm's score is 88.

This is a quality Chardonnay at a moderate price, and would make an excellent companion for any seafood dish. It would be a perfect match for grilled snapper, or grouper.
