If you combine shrimp. scallops, lobster bisque, and rice with Ferrari- Carano Chardonnay, you have a seafood feast fit for a king! And so, we did! It was wonderful, and the 2021 Ferrari-Carano Chardonnay is just as good as the previous vintage.
This is a smooth and creamy Chardonnay, which showcases a classic flavor spectrum of apple, pear, and a touch of stone fruit. There is a bit of citrus breeze toward the end, with a crisp and clean finish. The alcohol content is 13.5% and Norm's score is 91.

We have paired this one with grilled grouper in the past, and it is a perfect fit for almost any seafood. It is also a candidate for orange glazed Cornish Game Hen.
