From Sunday, August 23rd through Tuesday, August 25th, Pastry Live will host the fifth annual Pastry Live event at 200 Peachtree.
With over one-hundred chefs from across the country and around the world slated to participate throughout six different competitions, ranging from cake sculpting and chocolate work to plated desserts created in front of a live audience, the competitions are set to be bigger than ever.
Pastry Live 2015, to be held August 23rd, 24th and 25th, will also host several other competitions in addition to the Signature Plated Dessert competition. The Art of Cake, Chocolatier of the Year, The Dessert Cup, National Showpiece Championship and the Student Chocolate Challenge are among the other competitions. Pastry Atlanta will also be returning after a successful debut at last year’s Pastry Live.

Highlighted during these competitions will be some of the nation’s foremost talents. Additionally, the three-day event will feature seminars instructed by the top names in the industry. Various topics will be covered, offering cutting edge techniques and training to help attendees advance to the next level.
