Drug possession
• Two Dunwoody men, ages 20 and 28, were arrested after police stopped them while on patrol at an apartment complex on the 2400 block of Dunwoody Crossing. The men were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and marijuana possession. In the vehicle, police found marijuana, a Smith & Wesson Model 67 handgun, a facemask, bullets and a backpack.
• Two men were arrested last Friday for possession of marijuana and other drugs on the 2300 block of Dunwoody Crossing. In the vehicle the men were in, police found 1 pound of marijuana along with other narcotics.

Assault

• An assault was reported on the 1800 block of Cotillion Drive Saturday afternoon. The victim was treated for injuries at Northside Hospital.
Speeding tickets
• Dunwoody Police issued 47 speeding tickets on Sunday May 15. Most of the tickets were issued on eastbound 285.
Vehicle theft
• A 2001 silver Lexus GS300 was reported stolen on the afternoon of Sunday, May 15, from the 2200 block of Peachford Circle.
• A black 2006 Ford truck was reported stolen from the 4700 block of Ashford Dunwoody Road last Saturday afternoon.
• A 2001 black Toyota Camry was reported stolen from the 1000 block of Layfield Court Saturday night. Also stolen with the vehicle was a laptop valued at $500.
• A 2004 black Chevy Tahoe was reported stolen last Friday afternoon from the 200 block of Ashford Center North. Also reported stolen with the truck were a Tom Tom GPS, an air compressor, a tool kid, DVD unit, 53 DVDs and a Makita sander. The vehicle was valued at $10,000 and the items in the truck were valued at $2,740.
Shoplifting
• A 54-year-old Alpharetta woman was arrested on Monday May 16, after she allegedly attempted to steal $159.58 in clothing from Macy’s at Perimeter Mall.
• A 17-year-old Atlanta male and an 18-year-old Atlanta female were arrested on May 17 at Perimeter Mall for allegedly trying to steal $1,093 in clothing and electronics from several Dunwoody businesses.
• A 48-year-old Dunwoody woman was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Dillard’s at Perimeter Mall on May 17. The woman was allegedly trying to steal $255 in clothing.
• A 19-year-old Norcross woman was arrested on May 17 for allegedly trying to steal $60.73 in clothing from Macy’s at Perimeter Mall.
• A 45-year-old Lithonia man was arrested Saturday night for allegedly trying to steal $195.95 in bedding items from Target, 100 Perimeter Center Place.
• A 17-year-old Sandy Springs male was arrested Saturday night for allegedly attempting to steal $125 in clothing from Macy’s at the Perimeter Mall.
Vehicle Break-in
• A vehicle was reported broken into on Monday, May 16 on the 9000 block of Perimeter Terrace East. Nothing was reported stolen in the initial police report.
• A vehicle was reported broken into on Monday, May 16 at the 5200 block of Lakesprings Drive. An iPod valued at $50 was stolen.
• A purse, credit cards, checks and $200 in cash were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 5500 block of Chamblee Dunwoody Road on May 17.
• An HP laptop valued at $1,100 was reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 100 block of Perimeter Terrace.
• Two HP laptops and a Vera Bradley purse were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 4400 block of Ashford Dunwoody Road.
• A set of rims, tires and lug nuts were reported stolen from a 2003 Honda Civic parked on the 2300 block of Dunwoody Crossing last Friday morning.
Vandalism
• A vehicle was reported vandalized on May 18 on the 200 block of Perimeter Center Parkway.
• A vehicle was reported vandalized on May 18 on the 5300 block of Tilly Mill Road.
• A vehicle was reported vandalized on the 40 block of Perimeter Center East last Friday afternoon.
• A vehicle was reported vandalized last Friday night on the 2300 block of Dunwoody Crossing.
Theft
• An ornament was reported stolen from the W Hotel, 111 Perimeter Center W., on the morning of Sunday May, 15. The ornament was valued at $2,500.
