Dunwoody Police arrested an impersonator at the Staybridge Suites, who reportedly claimed to be a police officer in order to receive a free breakfast.
Dunwoody Police arrested an impersonator Sunday morning at the Staybridge Suites, who reportedly claimed to be a police officer in order to receive a free breakfast.
The suspect has visited the hotel over the past four months and pretends to be a guest in an attempt to at breakfast at no cost, according to the police department’s Facebook page.
When hotel staffers approached the man in December, he allegedly threw his coffee on the manager and ran away. In February he again dropped in and told employees that he is in law enforcement, then ran out of the hotel before police arrived.
