Registration Now Open for the MJCCA's 2016-2017 CLUB J

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA), announces open registration for Club J, its exceptional after-school experience. From August 8, 2016 – May 30, 2017, Monday-Friday, 2:30-6:00 pm, children ages Pre-K – 5th grade can enjoy a safe, planned afternoon filled with supervised homework help, counselor-led activities, and outlets for physical activity. Club J is located at the MJCCA, 5342 Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody. Transportation is provided from nine schools. For more information, contact Club J at 678.812.3899, or visit atlantajcc.org/Club-J .

“Kids from nine local schools can’t wait to come to Club J and see their after-school friends,” explains Club J Director Abby Paulson. “Club J participants enjoy physical and cultural activities, and benefit from supervised homework help. It’s a win-win for kids and parents.”

Club J Activities include:

• Arts & crafts;
• Computers;
• Science discovery;
• Sports;
• Swimming;
• Ropes Course;
• Homework Hour;
• Rock Climbing; and more!

Additional benefit to Club J Participants

Club J participants have access to other MJCCA programs, including: Cooking, Dance, Drama, Fitness, Gymnastics, and Tennis! There is an additional fee for these programs.

Club J Program Highlights

• Choose from 3-5 days per week;
• Homework support in small groups guided by Club J staff;
• Transportation provided from the schools listed below;
• Healthy snack options provided daily;
• Licensed by Bright from the Start;
• Club J is located at the MJCCA’s Zaban Park facility, complete with swimming pools, sports and fitness facilities, gymnastics center, walking trails, and lake.

Transportation

Club J provides private buses supervised by Club J staff. Transportation is provided from the following schools:

• Atlanta Jewish Academy;
• Austin Elementary School;
• Chesnut Charter School;
• Davis Academy;
• Dunwoody Elementary;
• Kingsley Elementary School;
• The Epstein School;
• Peachtree Middle School;
• Vanderlyn Elementary School;

If your child's school is not listed, please contact us and we will make every effort to provide transportation. Transportation is not guaranteed.
