Nine of the nation’s premier pastry talents have been chosen to create and present an exquisite signature dessert that best represents each chef’s signature culinary style.

On Monday, August 24th, each of the following chef’s will compete to be named as having the nation’s top dessert.

The Signature Plated Dessert competition brings to light both the delicate beauty of plated desserts and the talented chefs that create them. Not only is each skillful competitor featured, but the businesses they represent as well. Each competitor is encouraged to craft an elegant, well-balanced dessert, as well as revolutionary creations that display their culinary flair and expertise.
