I
moved to Atlanta in November 2012 to follow my passion of baking. As I
continued on through my classes my passion grew and not just for cakes but
sugar and chocolate too. I enjoy working with chocolate, it's relaxing with a
challenging twist. I recently graduated this past June with plans to open a
small bakery. My bakery will encourage my guests to use their imagination to
think up amazing cakes and pastries. My goal in life through my bakery is to make
people laugh, smile, and just be happy!

In the Student Chocolate Challenge,
this year’s entrants will be asked to bring in and present pre-assembled chocolate
showpieces. Showpieces will be critiqued based on the overall artistic appeal
and creativity of the finished work, as well as the amount of technique and
skill displayed. The Student Chocolate Challenge offers students the
opportunity to experience the world of competitions, while allowing schools to
come together in a friendly, competitive environment.
