Student Chocolate Challenge @ Pastry Live 5

The 2015 Student Chocolate Challenge will showcase rising culinary talents in baking and pastry programs from schools across the country will create and construct chocolate showpieces displaying their skills and will present them on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015.

Utilizing the theme of “Toys,” they will be competing for a chance to win prizes and recognition for their respective schools. In the Student Chocolate Challenge, this year’s entrants will be asked to bring in and present pre-assembled chocolate showpieces. Showpieces will be critiqued based on the overall artistic .appeal and creativity of the
finished work, as well as the amount of technique and skill displayed.

The Student Chocolate Challenge offers students the opportunity to experience the world of competitions, while allowing schools to come together in a friendly, competitive environment.
