BBB has received several complaints where consumers allege First Choice Movers damaged their items during the move. When responding to our office, the company stated they would pay for damages, however, they failed to do so in many instances.

On April 27, 2016, BBB confirmed that First Choice Movers has a “No Authorization to Operates” status from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Such license is required for businesses offering moving services.

Upon further investigation, this company does not have the proper license to move interstate or intrastate.

Therefore, this company is operating without the proper license required in the state of Georgia.
