Beer Geek Brunch Returns to Cypress Street Pint and Plate

Spring has finally arrived and Atlanta’s favorite beer bar and neighborhood haunt, Cypress Street Pint and Plate, is excited to invite guests to join them for this year’s second Beer Geek Brunch, featuring Lonerider Brewery. This special edition of the popular monthly series will feature four cask variations of Lonerider’s Peacemaker Ale, uniquely designed by Cypress’ resident BrewRu, Rob Merrick. As guests gather on the patio in a cask beer festival environment, they can choose from four brunch pairing options for only $15 each or, for the true beer enthusiasts, a VIP experience for $20, which includes an entrée and a flight of all four Cypress Street Peacemaker creations. For those seeking a lighter meal or just a cold brew, brunch items and Lonerider Peacemaker cask offerings may also be ordered a la carte.
The May 2014 Beer Geek Brunch menu includes:

Beer Brine Roasted Chicken.
Black eye pea salsa, cowboy beans, apple slaw
Paired with Jalapeno-infused Lonerider Peacemaker

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
Red pepper potato hash, sunny egg on top, green beans
Paired with Slow & Low Oak infused Lonerider Peacemaker

Grilled Lemon Trout
Tomato and Mushroom Quinoa.
Paired with Candied Ginger-infused Lonerider Peacemaker

Apple and Peach Cobbler
Ice cream, apple caramel
Paired with Candied Fig-infused Lonerider Peacemaker
