This Fourth of July, BLT Steak Atlanta is cooking up an all-American feast, courtesy of Chef Joseph Macy and his culinary team. The festive blackboard menu is stocked with Independence Day staples like the southern starter compilation of house-made pickles, pimento cheese and house-made Pepperoni, and the Heirloom Tomato Salad with Vidalia onions, arugula and rich buttermilk dressing. The grill masters will have your mouth watering with your choice of a 16oz dry aged Kansas City Strip drizzled with red wine butter or the Smoked Pork Loin Chop served with pickled strawberries and a BBQ demi glaze. The patriotic presentation wouldn’t be complete without Pastry Chef Sarah Biggard’s homemade Apple Pie served with bourbon caramel, mint crème anglaise and cinnamon ice cream. The blackboard specials are available individually or prix fixe for $60 and with an optional wine pairing for an additional $35.
Adding a special pop and fizz to the holiday are the specialty cocktails: the Summer Breeze with Meyer Lemon Vodka, orange and pineapple juice, and the Grapefruit Sparkler with G-Vine Gin, Campari, fresh grapefruit juice, cranberry juice and lime.
