BLT STEAK TO HOST BOUCHERIE DINNER SERIES

BLT Steak Atlanta and Chef Nick Alicea are excited to
announce the return of their popular Boucherie Dinner Series.  Honoring the French culinary tradition of the
“boucherie” or neighborhood butcher as an expert on whole animal cookery, Chef
Nick will serve his modern interpretations of classic dishes inspired by this age-old
craft.  Starting in May, BLT Steak will
offer culinary adventurers a distinctive boucherie blackboard menu for one week
each month.
 
The Boucherie Dinner Series begins with Game week (May
5-11) featuring entrées such as Pan Seared Chinese 5-Spice Duck with apricot-mango
chutney and a Mixed Grill of House-Made Boar Sausage and Venison Chop with mint
chutney. The series continues with Beef week (June 9-15), Fish week (July 14-20),
and concludes with Pork week (August 11-17).
  
Boucherie menus can be enjoyed a la carte or as a
three-course prix fixe, with selections in appetizers, main entrées, side items
and desserts for $80 per person. In addition, guests may complement their meal
with wine pairings selected by Sommelier Dorine Buche for $35 per person.
