BLT Steak Atlanta and Chef Nick Alicea are excited to
announce the return of their popular Boucherie Dinner Series with GAME WEEK: May
5-11 featuring entrées such as Pan Seared Chinese 5-Spice Duck with apricot-mango
chutney and a Mixed Grill of House-Made Boar Sausage and Venison Chop with mint
chutney.
Boucherie menus can be enjoyed a la carte or as a
three-course prix fixe, with selections in appetizers, main entrées, side items
and desserts for $80 per person. In addition, guests may complement their meal
with wine pairings selected by Sommelier Dorine Buche for $35 per person.
