Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, our first-ever barrel-aged production beer, is just about ready to hit shelves everywhere the fishing is good - and we wanna give yall a lil preview right here at the brewery.
This 11.3% behemoth was aged in Old Forester, Heaven Hill and Jack barrels for 6 months before being blended together into a supremely rich, full-bodied brew with subtle notes of chocolate and bourbon.
Guests will be able to taste the Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout for the first time, enjoy a S’mores bar, and the first 100 guests will receive the limited edition Stout snifter. Cost is the same as the regular tour and tasting -- $10/person.
