Buckets and Bites: Dragon Con 2016 Food and Drink Specials at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta will serve as a central gathering place for Dragon Con 2016 - the convention’s 30 year anniversary - and will offer a variety of food and drink specials during the four-day event.

Twenty-Two Storys, located in the Atrium Lobby of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, will have special menu with Dragon Con-themed items, including their famous VooDoo bucket ($13 each), a 22-ounce drink made with select rums, fresh fruit juice and other special ingredients. The menu will also feature a King Slayer grass fed burger ($15 each). The burger, served on a fresh onion bun, is topped with smoked beef brisket, a fried egg, Pine Street Market bacon and bourbon BBQ sauce.

Each morning, four specialty spiked drinks will be offered in the lobby, including Dragon’s Breath made with Jameson, Bailey’s, Kahlua and coffee ($12 each), STARK Contrast made with Bailey’s & Coffee ($9 each), Dragon Lady Bloody Marys ($9 each) and Mother of Dragon Mimosas ($9 each). Food stalls with themed bites like turkey legs ($9 each), as well as hot dogs and hamburgers, will also be available for lunch in the lobby.

In addition, Sway, the Southern-inspired restaurant at the hotel, will have special, extended hours during the four-day festivities (6 a.m. - 4 p.m.; 5 p.m - 10 p.m.).
