Carlock, Copeland & Stair LLP Celebrates 45th Firm Anniversary

Tom Carlock Delivered a Toast of Thanks and Recognition for all of the Hard Work

Over 120 people attended a party in honor of the 45th Anniversary of the Firm Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP on August 20, 2015. Attorneys, clients and friends of the firm gathered at 103 West Paces in Buckhead for a cocktail party with entertainment by the Atlanta Rhythm & Groove band.

Tom Carlock presented a toast recognizing the hard work that made the accomplishment of 45 years of service to the legal community possible. Carlock noted “the Firm was founded by people that loved the law, worked hard and knew how to have fun.” He joked that he started the firm in 1970 when he was the young guy, 6’7”tall, and could dunk a basketball.

Carlock went on to say he was “thankful to the attorneys that helped build Carlock, Copeland & Stair and to the brilliant lawyers with the firm today, noting that it would not have been possible without wonderful clients and friends of the Bar.” The heartfelt toast closed with Carlock stating that he did not deserve all of the praise, but was proud of what has been built, and excited for the future of the firm.
