Chuck Jonaitis Named Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Atlanta Education Manager

Jonaitis will oversee the day-to-day operations of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s education staff and will be responsible for the development and implementation of educational programs for new and experienced sales associates in the Atlanta area.

From 1995 to 2004, Jonaitis was a sales associate at Coldwell Banker French Properties in Cumming, Georgia. He specialized in Lake Lanier properties and was assigned to conduct new agent training and education. In 2004, Jonaitis began working as the manager of the South Forsyth office for Results Realty Services. During his time there, Jonaitis’ responsibilities included contract review, license law compliance and agent training and counseling. He also established and implemented the Results Real Estate School which offers online and in class continuing education credits. In 2006, Jonaitis received his Georgia Real Estate Instructors License.

Most recently, Jonaitis worked as a real estate and appraisal investigator for the Georgia Real Estate Commission. He was responsible for investigating complaints filed against real estate licensees and firms.
