Dance Troupe Auditions

Phoenix Dance36 is proud to announce the beginning of a ladies dance troupe here in Atlanta!!

Expresiones Del Alma ("Expressions from the Soul) is searching for 5-7 talented and charismatic women to be a part of its unique dance troupe.

Auditions will be held throughout the month of March from 5:15pm-6:15pm.

WHAT IS EXPRESIONES DEL ALMA?

Simply put, Expressions from the soul, is a full scale premiere ladies dance troupe dedicated to training and performing integrated styles of dance, fitness & Martial Arts. Our team is dedicated to creative expression through the artistry of dance and martial arts. We include many different dances such as: Salsa/Mambo, Cha-Cha, Afro-Cuban, Modern, Hip-Hop, Breakdancing, Bellydancing, Bachata, African, Latin & Street Jazz, Capoeira, and much more! 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  1. Ladies age 21 and over, who are dedicated and open to learning & performing various styles of dance.
  2. Able to rehearse a minimum of once a week (more before performance dates).
  3. Able to take direction and work together as a team. (no attitudes or negative thinkers)
  4. Must have a positive, train hard, strive for betterness attitude.
  5. Must be open to learning & training in martial arts. (Some of our demonstrations feature women's self-defense, kickboxing, capoeira, etc.)
  6. must love to dance!

Note: Beginners are welcome and encouraged to audition. All shapes & sizes. All dance backgrounds are welcome. Impress us with your enthusiasm and passion for dance!!
