Student Achievement? featuring Dr. Brian Jacob, Walter H. Annenberg Professor of Education Policy and Professor of Economics at the University of  Michigan.

While the past two decades of education reform in the United States have produced some notable gains at the elementary level, there has been little, if any, improvement among high school students. In response many states have adopted more rigorous high school graduation requirements. This lecture will explore the effectiveness of such policies.
