downpayment and closing cost assistance to buy a home, even a fixer upper, in the City of Atlanta as part of the NeighborhoodLIFT program. Come to an information session on the program. You do not have to be a first-time homebuyer. The information session will help you determine if you might be eligible for up to $15,000 in assistance, how to use the assistance with the 203K rehab loan and what steps you should take next.
