Park Pride Community Gardens Tour

Experienced gardeners, brand new gardeners and those simply interested in learning more about Atlanta's community gardens are invited on a tour that promises to provide plenty of insights and inspiration.

The tour will start and end at Peachtree Hills Park (308 Peachtree Hills Avenue NE).  Park on Peachtree Hills Avenue or walk from the Lindbergh MARTA station.

The group will travel by bus to visit five community gardens in the following City of Atlanta Parks:

  • Gilliam Park
  • Brownwood Park (10:45am-11:30am)
  • Freedom Park
  • Peachtree Hills Park
  • Rosa Burney Park

At each stop on the tour, garden members will be on site to meet with the group and answer questions.  At the end of the tour, participants will a catered picnic lunch at Peachtree Hills Park.
