Americans for Prosperity Foundation-Georgia will present results found from a landmark, statewide survey on school choice at a press conference at 9:15am. Following the release, a school choice rally hosted by Center for an Educated Georgia will be held on the steps of the State Capitol.
The survey shows the strong awareness that Georgians have about the school choice issue. It conveys that Georgia parents feel positive about education at the district level, however, many are frustrated by a perceived lack of choice. This is illustrated by the number of parents who would choose a different school for their child if money were not an issue.
